OFFERTA TYPEFACE

Offerta is a display typeface inspired by the vernacular typography of Milan’s neighborhood markets, where hand-drawn signs communicate products, prices, and special offers amid a dense landscape of visual stimuli. The typeface reinterprets and exaggerates the spontaneous gestures of marker-pen lettering, transforming them into a deliberate typographic system. Irregularities, decorations, and handwritten strokes become part of a complete uppercase and lowercase alphabet that sits between information and illustration.Presented through a playful visual identity in yellow, cyan, and black, Offerta retains the immediacy and popular character of market signage while turning functional lettering into an autonomous visual element.
